The Agency Selected Allwest Development Co. Inc., to construct 8 townhomes for purchase by 6 low income and 2 moderate income households.
FACTS:
- Anticipated Completion: 2011
- Community Housing Development Organization Developer: National Preservation Partners, Inc.
- Architect: Knitter Partners International, Inc.
- General Contractor: Allwest Development Company, Inc.
- Agency Assistance: Up to $2,247,341 in Agency Housing Funds and $1,862,887 in Federal CDBG Home Funds, minus the sale price of the townhomes
- The ownership of the townhomes will be deed restricted to be purchased by qualified low and moderate income households for 45 years
- Estimated Property Tax: $36,000 per year

- 4 miles of street improvement work for the city of San Bernardino
- 12 Omni Bus Transit facilities
- 30" and 16" transmission water line relocation
Entitlements:
- Downtown Los Angeles adaptive re-use condominiums
